Respect Identities

Always use the correct pronouns for individuals and avoid criticizing their pronoun choices. Names are an integral part of one's identity and should be respected as such. If a mistake is made, a quick correction without excessive apologizing is the best approach.

Honor Sexuality and Gender Identity
